This three story dollhouse was built in the 1970’s for two lucky daughters by their creative and loving parents. They enjoyed many years of pretend living in the house. Designed with a San Francisco townhouse style in mind, artist dad built the authentic exterior and interior while designer mom crafted the interior details. The house consists of a grocery store and toy shop on the street level, a photography salon and ice cream parlor on the first floor and a small apartment above. Elaborately detailed real wood floors fill the house along with ceramic tile, carved fireplaces, vintage wallpapers, a mirrored back bar and antique tintype photos. The house has been a consistent winner in many dollhouse shows.
